At Tykables, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like opened diapers or intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
